s.ONE application

s.ONE is an application for alerting, monitoring and resource management. It allows dispatchers, fire chiefs and emergency responders to improve efficiency before, during and after an alert.

Modul s.ONE resources

s.ONE resources display how many relief forces are available at the current time. The operations director can call up the relevant list on the screen or smartphone app. The available relief forces are then displayed with a green bar and those that are not available are displayed with a red bar.

Modul s.ONE monitor

The s.ONE monitor displays on the screen how many of the summoned relief forces have acknowledged the alert with “responding” or “not responding” or are travelling to the scene of the incident. The engaged relief forces are then displayed with a green bar and those that are not available are displayed with a red bar. If the operations director plans a certain number of relief forces for a large fire, he will be able to view on the s.ONE platform if he has achieved his target and how many fire brigade relief forces, paramedics or members of traffic control are ready for deployment. This way, he can quickly and easily re-alert the right personnel depending on need. The scene of the incident is displayed on a geographic map.

s.QUAD App

The s.QUAD app for Android and iOS supports the following custom configurations: adjustment of the start text, key lock, control signals, content of the user line and alert patterns. The app also lets you transmit s.QUAD feedback to s.ONE, as well as hybrid messages from s.ONE to the s.QUAD.

s.ONE App

The s.ONE mobile application can incorporate other functions depending on the configuration. We differentiate between the ‘alert’ and ‘monitor’ functions.

s.ONE alert functions:

Receipt of alert messages as push messages
Acknowledgement of alert messages to s.ONE or to service portals of third-party providers

s.ONE monitor functions:

On-screen display of how many of the summoned relief forces have acknowledged the alert with “responding” or “not responding” or are travelling to the scene of the incident
Table view of the relief forces currently on their way: This way, the dispatcher can quickly and easily realert the right personnel depending on need.
